Takes place in Greece. An ex-teacher turned tour guide attempts to recapture her kafi (Greek version of mojo). Cute feel good movie. Richard Dreyfuss definitely keeps this movie moving along. Some touching parts. Very nice Greece footage. Good movie to watch on a Sunday afternoon.

Completely animated. Very good animation. Good creature creativity. Humans have left Earth in search of a planet to terra-form to live on. Come across a planet they call Terra and find it’s inhabited by a civilization who cannot survive on oxygen. Humans decide it’s more important for the survival of their own species than to come to an agreement with the native species. This is not a feature for kids—they will get bored FAST. Storyline seemed like there was too much of a political agenda underlying.

Based on the animated series of the same name. Saya, a 16 year old girl with a 400 year old history and destined to fight the evil entity that killed her father. She was born from a vampire mother and human father, so she is part vampire and is hired by a clandestine government agency to kill vampires tormenting the city and paid in blood delivered to her in milk jugs. Great fight sequences and swordplay. I tend to be a little partial to movies with a vampiric theme, so I may be a little biased, but it’s a good movie nonetheless.
